Corp to Corp Contracts was started in 2022 to create a new way for IT contractors to find contract opportunities. After discussing with several IT contractors who primarily do 1099 or C2C, we heard the same story of inefficiencies finding new contracts.

From our discussions, most IT contractors often find themselves in contracting by happenstance. From there, typically a colleague or friend introduces them to the potential earning potential of 1099 vs C2C in specific cases.

Often the individual receives an email or LinkedIn message about a contract opportunity that sounds interesting. In some cases, the vendor mentions if the position is C2C eligible but in others, you have to ask the vendor or they assume you’ll be a w2 consultant.

Once you are finished with that opportunity, you are then back searching for another opportunity. Often there’s a plentiful amount of W2 positions but not as many C2C or 1099 opportunities. This leads to excessive time being wasted when each potential vendor asks if they fit your needs.

Corp To Corp Contracts aims to enable transparency for vendors open to C2C candidates and for contractors who prefer opportunities that are C2C eligible.
